Unfortunately I don't believe that's entirely true. The stupid fucks part yes, but the propoganda is set to entice people who don't necessarily believe what they are saying, in order to make them believe it. A lot of times it's just finding the right people who want to be apart of something, and giving them that. Whether they think it originally or not. People are sheep. They'll believe what you tell them. For anything.
