That's an old combo, knew plenty of people who served cinnamon rolls with chili growing up.
Next week people are going to surprised people mix peanuts and coke, foie gras and nachos, custard donuts and pork rinds.

My mom's new boyfriend does that! One night he invited me over to mom's and said "Vick, I'm cooking for us tonight, you just come over and plop yourself down on the couch in front of some television with your mother and I will take care of everything" so I was very much appreciative of the invite because I had some paper I was writing, needing a break from that, and my room-mate was having a date with a girl that night at our place and usually those two would spend hours watching nickelodian programming so i was was not even caring to even ask about what was for supper so I came over and put on x files and was sitting there watching with mom and he comes in with television dinner trays with literally bowls of chili he got at Lindys and some giant cinnabons which made us both go "wt*?" But it was actually factually very tasty as a combination but never would ever think about doing this like for a meal that is planned.

Someone should teach you about chile. It's different than chili and literally would not be good with Cinnabon.
This whole chili with cinnamon rolls thing sounds like guacamole toast. Something millennials eat.
