White Sox logo on my upper arm, sleeves always cover it up. Which was the plan.
I was 18 years old as a senior before I dropped out. I was a consenting adult when I got it.
EDIT: I also have/had an eye brow piercing.

I dropped out because after the forclosure on our house, my new school didn't have enough classes in the day for me to graduate (Old school had 8 periods, new school had 7. I slacked off in HS)
I have it covered up so that when I get my degrees and looking for a job, interviewers don't judge me unfairly because I have an exposed tattoo. This way I still have it, and its hidden 24/7 (unless I shower or swim). Win/win.

I have the Chicago Bears "C" featured prominently on my right forearm. I'm going to change it to a Bears/Bulls head logo hybrid though.
I work in Sports Retail though so I'm fine. My brother is a regional director for a company in the southeast and makes over 100k. He has 11 tattoos. Some of his are visible. If you bring the results your company needs, I don't think tattoos are an issue. About 5-10 years ago, I can see it 100% preventing you from moving up. It's becoming kind of standard these days it seems.
