I'm not eating this yet, but about to get started cooking it. Making pan seared grouper, topped with a garlic / lemon / lime / cilantro butter sauce. Mango salsa. Wild rice. Roasted zucchini / squash. And for dessert, my all time favorite...key lime pie. I'm not making the key lime pie though, because our local grocery chain (Publix) does a damn good job, and it's a lot easier.

Man, I love Korean bbq. Our options for that around here are kinda limited though. The ones around are good, but not amazing. We do have a great Vietnamese food scene though, so that's nice.
