What Are You Guys Going To Do When The Bears Get A New Head Coach?

I'm wondering who they're going to replace him with. Not who you'd like to see get the job, but who the franchise brings in. Then you gotta worry about whether or not the players fit the system, and Jay has to learn another offense in 3-4 years...ready to watch more crap (probably worse) while this rebuilding goes on? Give this staff another year, or at least if they do hire another HC, leave this staff in place..maybe a new DC

That's cool lock it. In a few weeks when they get embarrassed and blown out of the playoffs again because they aren't a good team we can resume discussing the need for a new head coach.
