I'm acquaintances of Todd Brashear (played bass on Spiderland). Slint is from Louisville and he owns a cool video place called Wild 'n Wooly. Very down to Earth guy and didn't mind signing the deluxe ressiue of Spiderland that came out earlier this year. If you haven't seen the doc movie about Slint, make sure to see it -- very cool.
