That's Federal, not the state of IND...big difference. Feds put away political prisoners in Terre Haute right and left, crack was started in LA with the full knowledge and blessing of the US Gov't...ethnic cleansing.

State - Federal work together in every state, but some states are more bconservitive with there drug laws and sentencing...Bittim line, they did there dirt in Indiana, one of the worst states to get caught doing anything in........Its known...............
Anyway, besides all that, Concord Affiliated was and still is in my opinion, some of the most harsh reality true Rappers, not actors that were in the rap game....And I think they got crucified harsher than some.......I don't see the justice in the harshness of there sentencings.........Different enviroments create different lifestyles, and in the hood, harsher lifestyles and peer pressures are much tougher to avoid...Especially when trying to find ways to put food on the table and live a little above average.........That's how it is.......They got life in Indiana...........Period......Waste of good talent..........

They should of got out the game and stuck to rapping, or at least watched the details of there life that they spit out in there rhymes.....But it wouldn't have mattered because the Feds were already on them before they released there first album......All the time they put out there 4 albums, the police was scoping them and paying snitches to set CCA up... CCA played both the rap game and dope game.....Talk about Ball tell you Fall........Aand they fell Hard........
