That is correct. After many trips to California I have learned what is socially acceptable. Especially taking into account acute medical conditions that some posters may or may not be real.
That being said... I am willing to put my trusted name on the line to be the authority on which .gifs and normal images are allowed on CCS.
Any repercussions due to inflammatory images that are posted "through" me will be my responsibility.

I find that the following .gif that number 51 submitted to not violate the rules of CCS and is NOT a malicious image:
This .gif can now be used site wide.
