They need to stop spending a lot of money and only getting second tier superstars. Theres a reason some guys are second tier. Another thing they need to do is stop falling love with what players like Lee has done in the past.
I would have said they need to give San Diego almost anything it wants that doesnt involve Castro but theyre in first place now.
But above all, they need to get rid of Hendry.
They also need to stop only spending money only when theyre ready. You get bad contracts that way and you miss opportunities.
Whats sad is that they hit the jackpot on Aramis, at one of the hardest places to find talent, but theyre still a mess.
