Ive read that he's looking for a 5 year deal with a player option in the 3rd year.

So he can go to Brooklyn if he's completely healthy and still worth max money.

Yeah, I thought about how this could mean he wants to leave his options open for that.

I cant remember where I read it though, so Im not even sure how true that is.

It's in HIS best interest. If he's unhealthy or doesn't feel he'll get a max contract for whatever reason, he can stay. If he's still as unreal as he is now and wants to go to Brooklyn, done deal.

I think its more about winning. A lot of people think the max contract might actuallly go down by then.

I'm sorry but I want no part of Hedo Turkoglu... none whatsoever. He had an awful season last year and Hinrich and Deng are both just as good as him (if not better). Especially if we had LeBron James as a point-forward, of sorts, why would we want the massive contract of Turkoglu just to bring off the bench?

It wouldn't make sense for him to come off the bench with his current contract, but it would give the Bulls a solid shooter from beyond the 3 point line,no?

I don't want any part of Hedo, I'll be pissed if we even explore that road.

you wouldn't even bring in one bad contract to get rid of two bigger bad contracts AND the opportunity to sign the greatest player of this generation and the best power forward of this generation???

seriously man, do you understand what you're saying? sure he's overpaid but at least we'll have a decent sixth man. plus just that starting lineup could EASILY win 6 titles.

get rid of deng and hinrich for hedo, bosh, and james

and i hearing this right?

if so whats the deal?

i would take those players in a heart beat

granted hedo would take a bench role as a dead eye 3 point shooter but he is a mismatch at SF

ETA:if it can convince lebron and bosh to come to chi....get hedo

I wont read this whole thread so someone break this down for me. How on earth do we sign both Bosh and Lebron with Hedo on the roster?

well toronto has 4 years and 43 million dollars owed to hedo. i'd much rather have deng who's averaged 18 and 9 rather than that, and hinrich who could help their terrible defense. as well we could give them taj who would be a great rebounding aid to the terrible rebounder bargnani.
