What is really wrong with the educational system

Mass: Have an independent doctor evaluate whether his condition is inborn, or is based off of dietary and excercise neglect.



If he has a disorder in which his weight cannot be controlled, return him to his mom and have the county pay out a settlement.



If his weight can be controlled and is a result of neglect, then yeah, they were right.

I hadn't really thought about that angle. What sort of disorders are there that make kids uncontrollably fat? Does diabetes do that?



Of course then you start getting into subjective territory of if it's a disorder, how do you regulate how well the mother is treating it?

My question is when will they be doing the same for 300 # offensive lineman on the highschool fottoball team? If 8 and 200 lbs is abuse/neglect isn't 14, 15,16,17 years old and 300+ lbs just as abusive/neglectful?
