If Ted Phillips agrees that after 6 seasons the Bears still haven’t found a QB and they haven’t won enough games, how is Ryan Pace still employed? Decision making and results are obviously really low on the priority scale for Bears ownership. But I’ll give them credit for at least admitting it.
