Think of the HUGE amount of money saved if only they required a drug test to receive benefits.
I don't care how much a drug screen costs, the amount of people disqualified would definitely pay for it and then some.
This would also cut down on crime.
Someone that hasn't worked in there life + endless free time + drugs = trouble.
