Fish oil
Milkthistle

Milk thistle. Does that really change your liver?
define "change"
Does it help it/cure it/improve it, or not?
It's supposedly helpful for liver problems from what the media has told me to believe but idk for sure. I take it because it's a cheap anti inflammatory. Sam-e improved results from some liver bloodwork I had done a year ago (slightly elevated/abnormal enzymes) and results 3 months later were optimal. Then again, bloodwork is just a medical lie made to make you feel like the doctor gave you good advice or that you need more advice.
If you have cirrhosis you really should just stop drinking, milkthistle/Sam-e will not cure you.
Sam-e also has been cynically proven (for whatever that's worth) in Europe (not USA, so maybe more believable) to improve joints and also treat depression. It's a supplement here in the US but in many European countries it's by prescription.
HOPE THIS HELPS!
are your liver problems alcohol related?
I was never diagnosed with any liver problems but that bloodwork elevated liver enzymes thing did give me pause about drinking. I do drink to excess sometimes and that checkup was right after the holidays so it could have been just that.
I have read that if you do like to booze it up, it's good to have 3-4 days of no booze to reduce your risk factor, not sure if that's legit or not.
edit: the bloodwork was a routine checkup for all the goods: cholesterol, liver, kidneys, vitamins, etc...

I’m currently addicted to vitamin C, D3 w/vitamin k2 and also cod liver oil.
I’m in a constant state of ketosis which should explain why I’m both physically and mentally above you all.
All doctors are evil. There is no real science to the science being used to brainwash you plebeians through msm. And everybody lies.... except me.... being that I am above all the rest of you.
Thanks
And thanks again.
So it's okay to drink in excess as long as you space it out every 3 days? This is important as I like to drink to excess a lot. I usually just drink on the weekends but during the summer I can go on week long benders pretty regularly.
so your breath stinks and your cunty? lol my wife enters and leaves ketosis 5 times a month and I am there to reap the rewards of that!
You just need to understand she’s superior to you because of it.
I smoke weed take vitamins drink booze and make sure my deadbolt is deadbolted
