I really thought Frolik was going to be a good all-around player. Yeah, that's not going to happen.

Frolik - pretty much like everyone else, yet I am not ready to throw in the towel on him.
Crawford - Was adamant he was better than Neimi when he stuck down in Rockford and thought he'd be better. I admit my initial high regard of him was based solely on his call up shutout of the Red Wings.

Shaw- I thought he would be a flash in the pan and be nothing even continuing on.. turns out he is playing like the presumed Ben Smith play some were expecting to get after that late season performance.

Funny how some people cant grow a pair and admit when they were wrong about a player. good stuff.

I don't know what I ever expected out of Shaw, but it certainly would not have been 10 goals. Has to be 10 of the ugliest goals in NHL history. Once he got sent down I didn't think he'd be back up this season. But I'll take it!

Didn't see much of the game tonight, but this can relate to every other game of the past two seasons.

Dafuq happened to Niklas Hjalmarsson? Next Lidstrom, not so much anymore. Johnny Oduya may be the one forcing No. 4 to pack his bags in the offseason.

I'd thought keeping Hjammer over Niemi after the Cup was a no-brainer. Now, doesn't look quite as good.

Its tough to say at the time when we had to move guys, but I guess after everything I kinda would have liked to see both hammer and niemi gone and kept Ladd. Thats just me though after the fact. No way to tell before hand.
