I think the Blackhawks need to stay put for the most part. With the salary cap changing, buyout options, a shorter season, etc...I think the best plan is to stay put and see how everything plays out. A 2nd line center would be nice but the Blackhawks aren't a team that had challenges scoring last year. I think Pirri could be an option there. If not, the Blackhawks will probably go with Kruger who is solid defensively and has some room to grow offensively (even though I think his offensive prowess isn't very high). The Blackhawks needed to improve on defense and they have 8 NHL quality dmen going into the season now. Injuries are going to be huge in a shortened season, so I'm for keeping all 8 unless the right deal presents itself.

Ya, we had one of the better offenses in the league last year, defense is much more of a concern IMO. 2nd line center is a weak spot, defense is a back-breaker.

I think they should try to score early, get a lead, and play solid defense, myself....

Hawks have a pretty good 2nd C who's not playing C. Go figure.

They should get a tender, but won't.

As much as I don't want Luongo he is the best out there, and maybe a half-year off helped him out mentally, but the cap hit he would bring...MOTHER OF GOD

Guys i'd love on the Hawks off that team would be Kesler & Edler.

I love both of those guys, I would take a dirty **** like Burrows, too. He's like their AJ.
