Hou, it's good to hear from you again, buddy.

Here's a direct quote: "2 franchises in Arizona would then be every bit as appropriate as having four in California."

Next time, I'll use smaller words so you can understand what I said. Sorry about that.

Isn't Phoenix in Arizona?

I'm for lowering the cap, and not contraction. Any league will have shitty teams and shitty owners, if you cut 2, then 2 more pop up.

Yeah, you are right. Let's put more NBA in Arizona...the Mexicans and Indians down there would love NBA expansion...

Hou that's offensive. Isn't there a better way to express that in a different way without singling out the Hispanic/Latino and Indian Reservation communities?

You owe this forum an apology.

When can we expect your carefully-worded statement?

Living here, I have some experience...

The Suns actually have a very loyal fanbase, and are very supportive and this city deserves NO MORE sports teams, in fact, it should lose the coyotes...

The logic behind what cities DESERVE teams, is usually far off what realistically makes for a good host.
I say that, because the owner makes most(not all) of the difference in the world. Once you get past the chartered teams, any new teams will only be as successful as it's management. The NBA can find a perfect pitch, to bring a team to... Omaha, and with a motivated owner, it could take off. With a shit owner... you can have yourself another Toronto Raptors.

No there isn't a better way to point it out. I don't think the Indian population or the population of Mexicans, who are the sole reason for the boom in population there...really give that much of a damn about the NBA. The league knows this is a problem so they are addressing it, and some in the Latino community say they are going about it the wrong way.

Your idea to put a team in what city? Whatever city in Arizona besides Phoenix, is stupid.

What I don't appreciate is you trying to vilify me concerning Indians and Mexicans. That was not meant as a racist statement in any way...THAT is insulting...

If you had a brain, you would be dangerous...

That's unfair, the Raptors have got a big fan base and they've generally been profitable, which is more than you can say for a whole lot of teams. That's with the shit product they've had on the court, I imagine if Toronto can ever put together a good team they'll be a powerhouse. Although that will be tough not purely due to management, it's not management's fault that so many NBA players are xenophobes who don't want to play in Canada.

I was thinking maybe Mesa or Scottsdale...

Why single them out? You could have just as easily said "All those white people and all those black people in Arizona would love another team to root for in Arizona. If you are going to specially single out one nationality, you may as well single them all out because if you cut us, we'll all bleed the same color. We make up the rainbow of the human race.

If you had a brain, you would be dangerous...

I'll think about that, let it marinate.

I singled them out because the Indian is a large part of the population there, but the reason for the large increase in population is solely because of Mexicans migrating there. There are more of them than black people. If you were talking about Brooklyn, I would not have brought up Mexicans and Indians because they are not predominate in Brooklyn....

Spare me the Jesse Jackson speech please...that is not necessary. When dealing with business you deal with demographics, simply because not all demographics like the same thing. Age, race, sex are all addressed when it comes to making business decisions.

5. Arizona - Arizona has been expanding so much in recent years, they’re predicting for it to be in the top 3 largest American cities by 2015. 2 franchises in Arizona would then be every bit as appropriate as having three in California.
Arizona is going to be one of top 3 largest American cities???? Something tells me you are wrong about that.

And if you can't tell the difference between having three teams in California, and only one in Arizona, I don't know how much more you can be helped.

What an incredibly condescending post from somebody who thinks Arizona is going to be a large city in the United States.

HA! I didn't catch that...he questioned my intelligence in questioning his idea of having an NBA franchise in the city of Arizona....

because you know that big ass city California has 3 of them...lol...which of course is also false.

Golden State
Lakers
Clippers
Kings

The city of California has 4 teams...lol

I've been misquoted. If you look back at my original post you'll see I clearly wrote there were 4 teams in California and not "3" as someone has obviously CLAIMED i said. I don't know which one of you it was who did that but I'm onto you.

You guys are scum bags.

Been saying no to drugs my whole life AND I'm hooked on phonics.

Where did the "3" come from? Are you sure it wasn't that other guy who said 3?

Go back and look at your original post. You said that there were three teams in California, while advocating that the city of Arizona could handle two teams...good luck with that. LOL...
