I don't like JR Smith, period. I'd take Bogans for 48 minutes, than JR Smith for 30.

I wouldn't complain if we got JR smith, but he's not my first option. If we got somebody like Stephen Jackson, i'd be pissed. I don't think jackson is a good player in this point in his career, and i don't think he's worth giving up an asset for.

We still have to beat them, because they own some absurd tie breaker over us.

I would seriously complain if we got JR Smith. When his team was winning, he complained about his 25mpg playing time, THIS SEASON. When his team was losing, and he was getting 30+mpg, he was like a pig in shit. He could care less about anything but scoring.

Just like many have stated about Bogans, if chemistry is so important, then we can't replace Bogans with anyone that would lower that chemistry. Bogans is a highly loved man in the locker room.

Stephen Curry? Ellis wants either him or Curry to go, and Golden State management said that Ellis aint goin anywhere.

When you start bringing up players like Curry, Mayo, ect, we get into the boat of having to trade. Curry isn't walking, and GS will likely get a better trade offer, than anything we can offer.

Call me crazy, but I think we need to expand our search to the 3 as well. Deng is doing great, but we don't have a legit 3 option off the bench, only swings. However, I think if the young and hard working Ronnie Brewer puts in time on his shot in the offseason, he would be a major surprise. Most SGs don't bloom into solid shooters until they hit that 27-28y/o range. So if we can grab a Matt Barnes type player, that might benefit us more than trying to force a move that brings in a recognized name at the #2.

I would give up two 1st round picks, and a lil more for Curry

I don't think GS wants to get younger. We might have better luck packaging that kind of a deal to Sacramento for Evans, seeing how they have had rumors of gutting the team for the sake of contraction, or the potential move to Anaheim could force them to go super cheap on payroll. Evans isn't a long range threat, but he would be the ultimate fit on this team. Young, plays both ends, is a natural 2 with combo skills, close with Rose, can guard 3 positions, learns playbooks fast.

But it's wishful thinking :)

Maybe even a Shannon Brown; young, quick, athletic, and plays D. He put in work to get his shot better. Worth a look if Lakers decide to do him like they did Ariza.

If I'm not mistaken, Brown wanted to come here last summer. Chicago was his first choice over the Lakers...for obvious reasons. Kobe is in front of him in LA...there was an open spot at the starting 2 position. The Bulls went in another direction though...my question is....

Brown and Morrow > Korver and Brewer? Interesting question...

Nets not giving Morrow away, they want him to be either a starter or a Jamal Crawford-ish sixth man for them.

He wasn't suggesting a trade, he was questioning whether it was the right move for the Bulls to sign Korver and Brewer over Brown and Morrow.

Exactly...I should have said that, apologize for the confusion.
