Take advantage of not having to pay your young quarterback. What do you have to show for that savings during the window? The answer shouldn't be "more savings". Now's the time to spend as long as it's not an off-the-wall amount.

because they have limited cap space...they may not mathematically be able to keep everyone that is a starter going to FA.
