I think that there needs to be some more organization around these awards. I see them, but I have no clue what awards there are, how to get them, et cetera.

The only awards we have are for writers (indicating what section on the home page they write for) and post count awards.
When you get 1,000 + 3,000 + 5,000 posts.....there is an award for them

Then I would say expand it. I really think it is a cool thing, I haven't seen it on any other forums before. Since you, to my knowledge, are the only one who has it, use it to your advantage. That's my thinking, anyway.
