Meh...it's all in context. It wouldn't hurt anything a bit to have it...
If you take out my IGTs (where I admittedly go WAY overboard on occasion) I've got probably 100 posts this month...but I try to be at least relatively insightful in those 100...
Why does it have to be quality VS. quantity? Why can't it be both?

Because many would then just post virtually all lols and oneliners till it got to the point of all threads being one massive FaceBook looking clusterfuck. Thats my opinion tho... lol

Well Im mostly refering to actual discussion threads. Everyone posts quick oneliners. But if there was an award for most posts, than people would start posting that kind of quality everywhere and anywhere just to win that award. Its good to promote activity, but not at the cost of losing integrity imo.

I honestly just don't think that would encourage short, meaningless posts...but I didn't mean add it as a reward, either...my fault for not being clear...
you can add a button (similar to the "Top Posters of the Month" button under "Quick Links") just to let you see who's the top posters of the day...
