I don't think we need a cubs mod persay just someone other than Dewey (read sox fan).
And I don't mean to talk bad about Dewey because I like you dews but anything a sox fan says about the cubs is going to come across as petty. Just like anything a cubs fan says about the sox will be the same.

even though my posts have nothing to do with me being a sox fan and not a cubs fan, i can see how one can be sensitive to the crosstown so called rivalry. so i do understand. that is why i want a cubs mod to help out.

alot gets taken out of context, especially when it is in text and people are used to the fact that cubs fans/sox fans talking in each others forums are baiting since thats what most of the fans on both sides do. I just like to talk baseball. read my posts in the sox forum i am just as critical except when it comes to my man crush on adam dunn

Cub fans could care less what you do in the Sox forum though. If a Packer fan comes into the Bears forum and is critical, I am going to tell the dude to **** off and not care what his opinion is. If I wanted his opinion, I would go to the packers forum and ask for it. If he is just as critical about his team, that is his deal, but it doesn't concern me.

right, but if a packers fan is being realistic and just talking knowledgeable and having a conversation other than saying "bears suck" shit i think it is fine.
Also the sox and cubs are not rivals. It is very overblown by the media and the casual fans, hence the promotion of the so called crosstown cup.
