Water and iced-tea.

Every once in a great while I'll drink alcohol, but whiskey's not on the list. I've had a bottle of black label (7yr) in my cabinet for probably 10 years now. I can't choke it down for anything.

I am curious about the Red Stag though. Have you tried it?
not yet, money's kind of tight and I haven't been willing to spend on something I might not like.

Also, I'm sort of a whiskey purist, I don't know if I like the idea of flavoring it like they do with vodka.

Whiskey is not exactly a beginners drink, so I would have to guess that most people who can tolerate it, are inclined to be purists.

Besides water. The Mexican bottled Coca-cola. That's one soda recipe that I can't duplicate, but I can come close.

Far be it for me to judge how another man kills his liver but Jagermeister is one of the most diabolical stupidities ever brewed upon humanity. It's tatse is foul, result is worse, and nothing ever good comes from "we all did shots of jager and then...." stories.

I'm no booze snob by any means; I usually learn new stuff from threads like these, but I'm a booze hounding world traveler enough to know what gut rotting garbage is.

I don't always drink a filthy tasting rot gut headache, but when I do I prefer to get the shits. Jagermeister.

I love jagermeister and Mike's Hard Lemonade.

Mike's are good, but any more than two and I get serious heartburn.

Jager... it's only good if you already know you're going to puke.

Since I quit drinking 12 or so years ago, It's Diet Pepsi mostly.

but lately drop dead cold icewater where it would seem the ice I have in the glass is warmer than the water.

I really like John Daley's (lemonade + iced tea + vodka), but not all bars serve that. So my backup drink is a Redbull + vodka.

No Was never a beer guy. Only one I ever liked was in a bamboo bottle spiked with apple juice. Needless to say, very pricey mostly probbaly because of the container.
