My grams used to make good pumpkin and rhubarb pies.... but last time she made a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving she somehow manages to like burn half of it while undercooking the rest of it.

Idk how it was possible, you just put a pie in an oven and wait a distinct amount of time.
