When Do You Expect the Sox to Compete?

Truly compete...2016. Transition year this year. Next year add a couple more pieces and see.

The Tigers are the class of the division. They won't compete against them. But they will be, I think, fun to watch. what was interesting to me in the Japanese pitcher sweepstakes was that they were in the bidding. IF this team can somehow get off to a decent start with all of these young players, obviously there is money there to spend.

I voted 2015. And that is based on the remainder of this past offseason to fill a couple more gaps, and, using the next offseason to fill what will be the remaining "glaring" gaps.

I would like to see more pitching, speed (which has gotten better over the last few years, but still has room for improvement) and it goes without saying BETTER DEFENSE which should also be improved this year.
