We're in a unique spot, because were one of few teams ever to do a complete remod of their stadium.
That being said I think within the next 10-15 years the stadium will begin to become very outdated compared to the newer stadiums that will go up by then. The bears by then will probly re-do the stadium yet again, since they want to stay in the same location.
More capacity and a roof would be amazing. The cold or snow doesn't help us win anyway
