The guy in the the blue shirt is the father. The molester (Josh) is one of the kids and he did it 10+ years ago when he was 14. Apparently he felt up a few of his own sisters and another kid or two, confessed and the family decided to sweep it under the rug "God & the church will see us through this rough time" style.
