ND is horrible.
Hawk likely adds the most immediete value because he's a day one starter at one of the MLB more than likely. Bush is a huge upgrade over Kadeem Carey though.

Wow, you know this exactly how?

Did Carey get enough reps for anyone really know what he has?

Your posting is hitting new lows for nonsensical thinking.

Because Bush is a proven (and at times very)productive NFL player.

Carey is not.

Pretty simple.

"AT TIMES"

lol, nice try tho'....

A known is not an definite upgrade over an unknown.....this is basic logic dude, I can't spoon feed you this any more easily.

Also, what Bush did in the past is not necessarily relevant at all with what he is capable of doing now as a speed back about to turn 30 with many miles on the tires.

Yes it is.

But what Carey hasn't done and has never shown any signs of doing at the pro level IS relevant?

Not seeing how Bush compliments Forte. They're much the same only Bush more injury prone and a bigger disappointment overall. The draft is where the Bears need to get their next star RB. These 30 year old backs are meant to be cut.

Hawk seems like the only possible choice here as the Bears weak, young LB corps could use any help it can get and his vet presence would be a positive.

Let's just ignore the YPC in his post. smh

I did not ignore anything in his post.

Player A - 32 Years old - 83.3 Y/PG, 20.1 AT/PG = 4.144 AVG Y/ATTEMPT
Player B - 22 Years old - 11.3 Y/PG, 2.6 AT/PG = 4.34 AVG Y/ ATTMEPT

So.. In your mind we should use player B because he is younger and more effective?

FYI player A is walter payton. Player B is Kadeem Carey

Is Bush Walter Payton? When your GM says he needs this team to get younger and to build from the draft, then player A does not fit your needs. shit, player B has a better YPC, so we would need to see what he can do. again, this team is not in win now mode. plus, Payton was the RARE exception of a RB who can produce numbers like that at age 32. Also, the OL was way better that the 32 year old Payton ran behind.

The hell does that have to do with the Bears signing Bush to be a backup?
