Overrated and not "big stage worthy."
True. I always viewed him as a "system" guitarist to Jack Bruce's bass work.

True...he will always be a John Mayall system guitarist to me
Miami or Green Bay. Bears had both those games won and threw them away. Bears weren't beating New England no matter what and the Giants game was started by Chase Daniel. Bears were trailing most of those two games and were lucky to be in either of those games at the end.
The Bears were beating New England by ten points and pissed it away.
That was for literally a few seconds. NE was up multiple scores for a lot longer.
New England.
Only because I truly believed Kevin White got across the line. Complete disaster of a career and the ONE thing he does right...the refs take it away.
Might have been his lone career TD.
Bah humbug!
The ball broke the line...that is my story and I am sticking to it. Kevin got robbed. It was so damn close. In real time, I thought he was in too.
For serious. But it is fitting that he didn't get the TD. He is the epitome of what could have been.
The Miami loss was the worst because Brock Lobster. That game was such a train wreck at the end.
- Bears leading by 8 in the 4th quarter and they get inside the Dolphins 5 yard line.
- Cohen scores td, called back due to pick play
- Trubisky throws INT in the end zone on the very next play.
- Dolphins tie it on a screen pass involving multiple missed tackles
- Bears immediately come back with a TD drive to retake the lead.
- Dolphins then immediately tie on their first play of the next possession, a checkdown with multiple missed tackles.
- Bears driving the field inside 2 minutes until Cohen fumbles.
- In OT, Dolphins drive to Bears 1 yard line only to have Hicks strip the ball. Next possession, Nagy runs 3 straight times in Dolphins territory and settles for a Parkey 53 yard field goal attempt.
