New England, IMO.

Wiil Campbell OT, TreVeyon Henderson RB , Kyle Williams WR, ,Jared Wilson C, Craig Woodson S, Joshua Farmer DT, Bradyn Swinson DE, and four more.

Would have been a dream draft for the Bears, but NE picked ahead.

New england taking a fucking RB over a 5 star WR that would have been a top 10 pick a year ago will go down as one of the most puzzling picks in this draft.

I like henderson, but couldnt believe burden fell to #39, and in no world did I believe the bears would have taken him. Behind that pats oline henderson may not look good while burden may be a star here. Guess the pats are sold on an old injured diggs being the answer. He should have been the clear pick for them there

I tend to disagree and strongly believe the Bears would have taken Henderson if NE did not. I think he will be very good in this league. Not saying Burden will not be but I would have been happier with Henderson than Burden especially after TE2 was drafted in the first. Of course, who they really wanted is all conjecture to us. Maybe, luck is finally on the Bears side and the first 2 picks will become big differentiators meaning the choices before us were fate.

The Pats did get a very good WR in Kyle Williams in the 3rd round. Of course we'll have to wait to see how the drafts turn out, but getting Campbell and Henderson was a win for NE.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
I'd need to spend time digesting too much about these other teams to answer this fairly. That said, couple teams worth talking about:
  • Cardinals got 3 guys I liked for the Bears in Nolen, Will Johnson, and Burch
  • Cowboys were surprisingly solid, though I wouldn't want a guard at pick 12.
  • Giants seemed to get good value through the 5th round. I don't have a strong opinion on Dart though.
  • Browns were going to be hard to beat as soon as they got a future Jags pick. And they followed it up with some good players.
  • Patriots loaded up on players I liked, but I'd not love Campbell at 4. I would've even felt a little uneasy if he fell to 10. I think they should have 4+ future starters there though.
