What a pleasure it is to watch Sale pitch. How about what he did to that Royal hitter after the 4th Sox batter was hit? three straight pitches aimed at the Royal hitter. Then he comes back and gets the guy out. That takes a guy with balls as well as supreme confidence in himself and his stuff. Rare to see something like that happen nowadays.

I agree. His stride home is too short and floats high on most of his pitches. They have to get him out of the rotation. They need help!

Is there ANYONE in the bull-pen who can throw a strike not waist high? It is amazing to watch how virtually all of these guys do not have a smidgen of control. That 7th inning today was AWFUL.
