I know the CCS has a star wars mod floating about, so is someone here collecting this shit too?

Ive always walked by the black series in big box stores for years. Always looked at them but never partook. Started xmas shopping a few weeks back... star wars and wwe is the kids things..

Been looking at Hasbro, Kenner, mafex and shf.

Anything better than the rest or is it hit and miss depending on the figure regardless of brand? Specifically looking at 6". I think ive gone a bit hard to start and got meself a few too even though i dont collect the shit.

At least there's some kind of market for Disney/Marvel/Star Wars crap.

Beanie Babies... Snow Globes... Faux Native American crap you buy at gift shops in Arizona.

If you have money to spend on this fucking crap, put it in a monthly deposit to a Schwab or Etrade account and start buying growth stocks/funds mixed with dividend stocks/funds.

When you have built up enough money from this type of simple investing/working, you can dabble in fringe trinket asset markets, but FFS start in the shallow end of the pool.

@mightyhoe could probably tell m e the difference though.. seems newer black series faces are becoming on par with shf, so i dont get the large price difference.. i can see the difference on the older shit though..

Ive seen a few of the vintage scale but ive have passed on looking at them for the most part. so i havent looked for smaller asoka.. been watching the show and have bought two 6" asokas. i bought one 3.75 scaled piece for me, probably will be the only one at that scale. got that boba (tatooine) with the stormtrooper heads. Im sure the kid will want a few of the asoka characters..

me kid is entitled as **** and the larger ones are a must cause they are the same scale as wwe elites. wants to royal rumble them all... this **** wont play even with a basic wwe figure. ppl gift him basic wwe from time to time and he smiles and says thank you then throws them in a box to die.. after 6months he tells me its been long enough to sell.

I didnt even know they had a Plo Koon. Gonna have to pick that up. I used to be a Kit Fisto fan until the Emperor disemboweled him in half a second. Im too disgusted to even look at him when he's on the screen now. The Emperor Guards always look sweet. The praetorian guards from Mando are getting a figure from Sideshow that's just 10/10.

Let me know how those bootlegs look. Where would you find such a thing?

Also whats the Salacious Crumb collection looking like? He and Porkins are my favorite characters. Plo Koon 3rd.
