Ryne Sandberg for me. Hated him because he was a Cub and than changed to love him when he became a coach with his verbal leadership.

Ryne Sandberg and Mark Grace. I grew up idolizing both of them. Leon Durham, Keith Moreland, Shawon Dunston, Andre Dawson and Derrek Lee rank high up there too.

I gotta go with Aramis Ramirez. He just provided so many exciting moments. Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Corey Patterson and Bill Mueller are right up there too though.

Also, for clarification is this "All Time"(1876) or "All Time" according to CO(1919)?

All-Time (1870) actually.

The Chicago Cubs go back further than they give themselves credit for.

They played in 1870 in the National Association of Base Ball Players, 1871 in the new professional NA, took 2 years off to get a new stadium after the fire, and came back for 1874 and 1875. They ultimately founded the NL and wanted to distance themselves from the bad NA, so they say 1876 now.
