I have no favorite but local sports announcers down here mentioned that Ben Bishop grew up in the area, and was drafted in the 3rd round in 2005, and played a bit for the Blues so they are happy for the local boy doing good..it's the only way they can connect St Louis to the cup finals lol..The kid is tall at 6'7 209lbs..it'll be interesting to see how the Hawks can get to him 5 hole maybe?..Brad Richards is my favorite ex Lightning player..It'd be nice to see him play the way he did from '04-09 too..I was in Tampa when he and the Bolts won the cup..

You make him move laterally. Then you Malarchuk the son of a *****.

I actually like Big Ben myself. Hard goalie to beat when you allow him to position himself so yah make the guy move laterally and low shots looking for rebounds and loose pucks. Big tall goalies aren't the best at locating pucks low. Takes a while to get down there. As a tall asshole myself it takes me 30 minutes just to get down to tie my shoes.

Stamkos is a class act. You should have heard him talking up Toes and the Hawks at media day today.

I watched a lot of the press conferences and media day last night. After hearing many interviews, it's hard to REALLY hate Tampa. Bishop, Stamkos...just come across as decent guys.

I'm sure I'll hate some of them after the series when some doucheness comes out during the games.

I agree. There really isn't anyone on this team to hate.

Just wait till Bishop pulls he's best Mike Smith impression.

As long as nobody scares the bejeezus out of me with the puck like Kesler.

I imagine Kesler for an opposing fan is alot like facing Tazer and Kaner, it just seems impossible a guy can be that dangerous all the time and you give him an inch for a second he will see that second appearing and bury it through that inch the second its there.

I have hope for team U.S.A. next Olympics. Kane, Kesler, Tyler Johnson.... We have some world class players these days. Just the Stanley Cup semi-finals was quite a showcase of them. Seabrook belongs on the next team big ice or not.
