I never played witcher but I watched an extended trailer with some gameplay and some of the conversations and was rolling on the floor when people were being racist to elves, a woman used magic to make her top disappear, and some asshole in a bar says "have a drink with me, cocksucker".

So I will be playing this game. Didn't pre-order, though.

Well a shitload of people are getting this game for free anyways from video cards purchases. The game looks legit but I have been sick of seeing hundreds of updates/articles about this game on my favorite tech report site so its already on my shitlist.

Yeah, I used to buy games from this little mom and pop shop near me, and they would always sell games to me way before the release date.

It will be interesting to see if witcher can maintain its narrative depth, pace, and focus on story with a big open world. imo, dragon age inquisition kind of failed at this.

In fact, dragon age origins is maybe the only game I ever played that had a near open world but still maintained a compelling narrative with pacing that kept you from getting so bogged down in side shit that you forget what is going on.

I hope it's better than the last batman game, can't remember the name of it right now but it was really really bad.

The last Batman game wasn't made by the same people that have done Asylum, city, and knight.

Huge Witcher fan, but I'm not preordering. Still working my way through Inquisition, so I'll wait a bit for the price to come down on Witcher 3 and for them to get the inevitable bugs ironed out.
