What evidence is there that he's a top 10 NBA coach? The NCAA is not the NBA.

I’m addition to multiple NCAA championships on his resume, his work with the Thunder was impressive.

If I need a play out of a timeout there aren’t many better.

While it may appear the coach shoulders blame for what is currently happening I do not see a well constructed roster.

These rotations are impossible. The front court options are limited.

You completely lost me there. He’s one of the worst and unimaginative after a TO that I’ve ever seen.

I'm not seeing the timeout thing.

That Florida team had two NBA All-Stars on it and they weren't all 1 and done freshmen. He had a good team there, and also arguably the NCAA was pretty weak in 2006.

Your last two sentences, I could agree on, but coaches either work with a roster or don't. Given AK hired Billy, he should know what kind of players Billy needs to be successful...assuming the two of them talk.... Nearly everyone acquired here was acquired while BD has been coach. I think Zach and Coby are the only ones who weren't. I don't view them as the reason this team doesn't play to it's potential either.

I'm not in the fire everyone club, but one thing I thought for certain that would happen is BD would be gone after this season if they missed the playoffs. At the time, I had no idea they extended him though.. so now that isn't even an option for the team.

Trade DeRozan to Orlando for Fultz and multiple firsts.

Trade LaVine to Dallas for Hardaway and multiple firsts.

Trade Vucevic to OKC for a first.

Trade Caruso to Golden State for Wiseman and possibly a late first or a couple of seconds.

Hold onto Ball until he comes back and shows a little promise (his trade value is in the dirt right now).

Hold onto Pat Williams (not ready to give up on him being very good yet, and his deal makes sense for a rebuilding team).

Why would Orlando want an aging vet like Demar?

Same question in regards to OKC and Vuc

Neither team is giving up 1st round picks for Demar or Vuc

i will agree with you about PWill

If OKC feels like they are ready to take a step up with SGA and want a veteran presence I could see them wanting someone perhaps like Demar to be that "leader" but it's anyone's guess if a team would give up a 1st or not. I feel like Demar has garnered enough respect with his play to be worth a 1st, just perhaps not a high lottery one. Mid 1sts like what OKC is currently in position to give (plus don't they have a bunch of hoarded picks anyway?) seem like a reasonable ask for players like Demar and Vuc who still have useful years to them in spite of their age.

Vuc will be a FA at the end of this season. OKC doesn’t want that presence to be someone on an expiring contract, they aren’t going anywhere THIS season. And I can’t imagine Vuc agreeing to forgo FA to stay in exotic OKC lol

Talent wise DeRozan is worth multiple firsts but the difficulty is finding a place he fits. I mean who is interested in a iso centric midrange jump shooter these days? OKC could make some sense if SGA and Giddey weren't subpar shooters.

Sure, I was just speaking generally about the situation anyway, not saying Vuc to OKC makes any sense (though I suppose it could happen as weirder things have happened). But as an offseason move it might make more sense potentially.

I am not expecting the Bulls to do anything at the trade deadline either, so that is probably influencing my thought process to focus more on an offseason trade scenario at or before draft time.

OKC has a stockpile of draft picks. They aren't in tanking mode. Either way, Vuce would be a serviceable piece to possibly get into the playoffs this season. And he won't be on the books forever.

Orlando's goal is simply to be a playoff team and DeRozan makes them one. Bulls fans were saying the same thing about him and he's proven to be a legitimate all star.

Yeah, like he would be a half season rental player and OKC isn’t giving up any 1st round picks (that they worked hard to acquire) this trade deadline for a rental

True. Possibly it would have to be a sign and trade. Or they could trade him somewhere in need of a true center. Toronto, Charlotte, or New York might be interested

Only way I can see a 1st for Vuc is if the Bulls take back a less than desirable contract

Trade everyone. The players, cheerleaders, mascot......we need a leader. This team has no balls. Trade White for Westbrook. Maybey he can bring some intensity.

I’d trade @Enasic for Westbrook, but that’s about it

Our glue guy looks like childrens paste and can’t get out of a hospital gown or put down Call of Duty.

But hey, he can still barely dunk with a 7’ wing span.
