That's too big of an IF for me (re: Bryz). I'd be shocked if Philadelphia comes out with the East. If they're playing any other team in the 1st round, they're golfing.

If Bryz can get to his A game the Flyers will be tough

No need for him to start now. Can't wait to see the Flyers fail because of goaltending. Again.

I think I'm changing my pick to Nashville.

Should be a good one. Maybe it's fitting for Martin Brodeur to win one more time before he retires seeing as he's like a thousand years old now

Yes.

:buttrock:

Nice work so far.

I liked their offense and special teams all year but I didn't think fatso Brodeur had more than 1 good round in him- let alone a conference title.

Glad to see them make it. They play good hockey.

As an aside- it was great to see the Rangers go down the way they played all year- with their players on the ice, collapsing around the goalie. Screw that stuff.

They're a New York team so they automatically are disliked by me. Haha

On top of that, the way they play, like you said, is pathetic and their coach makes it even harder for them to be liked although he does provide some post-game entertainment.

Nice call on the Devils. They are just four wins away. When the first round started, I don't think many, if any, envisioned an LA/New Jersey final. I probably would've went with either the Blues or the Blue Shirts.

It's hard to bet against a seasoned vet like brodeur.

I think this thread was bumped to puff out the chest of those who were picking the right teams

It's kind of funny to look back in this thread and see how right I was. I had a top 5 and one of them made it to the final four teams.

But I did call the Flyers beating the Pens. Meanwhile, everyone else said that the Pens would win the cup.
