I don't know if i have a real preference right now, but some names I like:
Brian Daboll, OC Buffalo- has developed Josh Allen from Trubisky-esque rookie year to an MVP candidate
Arthur Smith, OC Tennessee- has turned Ryan Tannehill from 1st round bust to a franchise QB. Offense is very QB friendly with a run game and playaction heavy.
Matt Eberflus, DC Indianapolis- one of the top defenses, has done good work with LBs and DBs especially, Colts have a top 3 "culture" in the NFL
Brandon Staley, DC LA Rams- one of the top defenses, former OLB coach under Fangio. Floyd's best seasons have come w/ him on the sidelines. Would like bring a Shanahan tree coach w/ him. Shanahan offense + Fangio defense = ideal combo
