Who's making Wade's decision: Wade or Bosh?

I think Bosh is making Wade's decision for him, because if Bosh decides to go to Miami, we all know Wade will go there. And if he goes anywhere besides Miami, that could really help our chances with Wade.

So, who's deciding where Wade goes, himself or Bosh?

Let's get a sign and trade done for Bosh NOW. Then we can call up Wade and tell him to join the fun. Screw LeBron - I'm sick of everyone sitting around waiting for him to do something. The Bulls could shift the balance of power in the East without him.
