dont think forte is scared of running inside, he just lacks the power to run inside effectively but more than makes up for it in the passing game. This could be why Fox likes to have a group of rb's...he can mix it up with different run styles, rodgers has been effective on inside zone runs, langford and carey have shown good power and the ability to finish runs.

Yep. This is what I'm basically saying. Although I do think Forte is more worried about his next paycheque and not as much about winning games and that is a contributing factor to the lack of inside runs.
With Langford already teeter-tottering on "bust" status it may be time to get a beefy/short/stocky back like Kenjon Barner for those third and short and goal line situations.
