Why the AL is better...unless the NL wants to do something about it

disagree on the DH part

Agree on spending- Not how much you spend but how you spend it.

To say that it's just the DH, I would say is wrong. But the NL requires so much more strategy with dealing with the pitchers hitting, so I would tend to say that it's more of the DH vs. P hitting, the bullpen management, dealing with the bench, those things

Pitching. And I'm not knocking the amount of quality pitchers in the NL, even though it can be interpreted as such.

To me, there seems to be more pitching instead of throwing in the AL. A residual effect of the DH? Possibly.

It's probably the fact that they don't have as automatic of an out at the end of the lineup, but I think the less talked-about reasons include better player development and scouting.
