Why would Clady want to come here?

Can someone please explain to me why any of the top tier left tackles would want to come to Chicago? Clady (who seems to be the consensus pick here at CCS) is not only going to be offered a great deal from Denver but be on a team that will be a legit title contender as long as #18 is under center.

I believe Clady wants to be the top paid LT in the game, also, if Denver franchises Clady, I believe that would cost around $15 mil against their cap next season. How much cap(est.) are the Bears expected to have to play with this offseason?

you answered your own question. Peyton has this season and I'm guessing 1 or 2 more? The Bears are just getting started with their offense. The defense is aging but CLady doesn't play defense.
