It is certainly possible, but it is not yet ripe for speculation. He has reps at tackle and guard (and an injury history that says you need a competitive backup anyway) and he could very well compete for both in the offseason, under the idea of getting your best 5 out there.
I personally think that his on field success at guard should be built upon, and let him continue at RG. When he was healthy, he was doing well enough that he'd be penciled in as the obvious starter were it not for his injuries.
