He isn't going to fix Cutler. The only thing you can do with Cutler is not play from behind every game, and reduce how many times Cutler throws the ball, especially playing from behind. If we are playing from behind, any QB is going to make more risky throws and have more turnovers. This is not a hard concept to grasp !

I don't think he will fix Jay Cutler, I just hope he can minimize some of the damaging throws Cutler tends to make. The kid has some wheels on him so hopefully that will keep teams honest and not just play the short to intermediate passes. And it should be tough to overthrow him, even with Cutlers arm.

got his squash messed up too many concussions he retired from playing and went into coaching.

Well, he got into coaching, good for him at least. At such a young age though. Seems like we will be seeing/hearing this more often from now on. Borland being a prime example in the NFL.

what shouldnt be hard to grasp, yet is for some of you, is the fact that jay is as likely to throw a bone headed fucking pick on his first pass of the game as he is his 40th. limiting his passes isnt going to suddenly make him a capable QB. its like you conveniently forgot all about the lovie years when cutler wasnt asked to do anything really and yet still fucked it up.

fact is the bears are a far better team with jay cutler then without him so get over it he gets one more year at least

haven't ever heard of a time cutler didn't show up for work
you guys really need to take a step back and stop trying to measure our qb against every all time great out there because hey guess what he isn't an elite all time great.
what he is is the best dam qb we have ever had the pleasure of watching play for us sure he isn't an elite all time great but instead of snowballing hate on him and focusing on every negative ya can find enjoy watching him and hope the next qb is even better after all the odds the very next guy is even on par with cutler isn't good. I hope that isn't the case but the odds are we will be going through several qb's before we even find someone as good as cutler much less better
