At best, he's an "okay" player in the Top 6.
But he's, real, real good being an annoying little shit on the 4th line. He and Shaw could make a great obnoxious duo, and I mean that as a high compliment. And the two of them could also chip in 10-15 goals apiece, which would be a HUGE boost for the team's scoring depth.
Finding someone else to skate that Top 6 makes more than one line better.
