would have made it worse. The first time the classsic JP music plays.. It's so awkward u don't know how to feel except pissed.

LOL. Wut? People applauded in my theater the first time the music came on. They applauded when the movie was over. Overwhelming positive response.

looking at him brought the movie up to a 4. He's seriously hot. But his character was awful. Not believable for shit. He has a ilitary background but they never explain how he started training raptors. trust you will eye roll for the first 20 minutes and every other 5 thereafter.

There's a scene that's in the trailors where claire screams, RUN! It's an homage to when Laura Dern did it.... but there is no comparison.
When Laura Dern did it, you felt the urgency you were scared for her... she was limping and out of breath.
You don't feel anything when she screams it. its like, ok. So disappointing.
The directors of this film should be ashamed.

Thai lager does sound interesting if a fan of lagers, which I am. I'll look for it.

Yes I want to see the new JP in IMAX.

good we can discuss its short comings upon you return

Haha, it wasn't so bad. A little tacky but that's to be expected with a PG13 movie. I saw it in one of those IMAX ultra theaters so that helped a bit. The ending was a bit much.

I have to disagree with you. Jurassic park was not cheesy.
All the actors Even the kids were great.
The actor I loved in JP was the trainer in that movie. I love when the raptors are attacking and he says "clever girl" right before they eat him.
JP was a masterpiece. Naturally I was disappointed in this movie. I knew it wouldn't live up to my standards but I never imagibed it would be like this.

Jurassic Park was very campy, but in a good way. The difference is they spent a lot more time on character and plot development in JP, whereas JW was strictly action. I still liked it a lot more than that pile of trash they called Jurassic Park 3.

I blame the directors. When they open paddock 9 and she has the flare... like why wouldn't you be at least 60 feet away. who the **** would stand right in front of the paddock. Things like this happened constantly throughout the move and took me out of the zone.

I completely agree. The actors did a good job of portraying incredibly stupid people in this one.

JP Keeps you in that zone the whole time. Remember the scene where they find their way back and the kids are starving and her jello shakes because of the dino footsteps? and her face is like :0 and her hand is shaking and you're like OMG OMGOMGOMGOMGMG
That Never happened in JP and that makes me sad.
