Personally, I feel this news today that Nagy will coach the last two games means Pace will be fired black Monday with Nagy.

Bears would not fire Nagy to start the interviews knowing they do not have a GM in place. Pace is cooked imo

I agree that Nagy will coach the last two games, but I am not convinced that Pace will be fired. I would put Pace's firing at 50/50.

It could be after the Bears fire Nagy that the shuffling of the front office begins. Phillips steps aside, Pace takes over as President of Football Operations, and then hires Champ Kelly as GM keeping everything in house. It would be such a McCaskey thing to do.
