Defensive Coaches need to figure out which guys belong on the field on defense. I'm not sure Shea McLovin Baziun Jr. or Major Wrong belong on the field much longer. And I like Major when he is Wright. But more often than not he is Wrong. And it's gonna break our back if it keeps up.

Offensive coaches need to figure out how get the run game going more. We need more power I football. 2 TE's...fullback...with Long and Slauson pullling and BLOWING people up!

Joe D. needs to get some of the sloppiness corrected on kick coverage. And get Hester some bigger holes on returns.


But most of alll...


Phil Emery needs to decide what kind of GM he wants to be.
