The Cubs 40 man roster now stands at 40, not 41. Since it took forever for the Cubs to make a move to add Woof.

The Cubs lost Brian Schlliter to the Yanks, who clamied him off waivers.

I don't know if the Wood signing was official because of this, but now it will for sure.
