Should really be a 1-0 game. Lester threw he same borderline pitch 3 times in a row with no help from the ump. Closes the inning in the first. With bases loaded and no outs you bring home at least one runner on a sac fly or bunt.

I wouldn't call our stranding runners fluky, as Miller has done that to everybody.
But this was a close game. No worries. We made miller work, and didn't let Francona get him out of there, so that has to help.

With no outs tho? You can't tell me you can't bring one home with two outs available.
However you won't see cold bats from the top of the order as they been this game.
Burger looks like he did some studying while sidelined. It will be interesting to see how madden uses him in wrigley. Quality at bats.
